Welcome to Gulf Coast Airboat Charters.
By submitting a reservation request, booking a tour, or participating in any charter, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Reservations
All tours, fishing charters, and alligator hunts are:
- By appointment only
- Subject to availability
- Not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from Captain Kevin
Submitting a reservation form does not guarantee availability.
Payments
Final pricing and payment details will be confirmed after reservation approval.
Any required deposits or payments must be made as instructed in order to secure your scheduled charter.
Failure to complete payment arrangements may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled charter.
- Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of any deposits or scheduled time.
- Gulf Coast Airboat Charters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Safety is always the top priority.
Weather & Safety
All trips are weather-dependent.
Captain Kevin has full authority to:
- Cancel
- Delay
- Modify
any trip if conditions are deemed unsafe.
No refunds or guarantees are provided for weather-related changes beyond rescheduling options when available.
Participant Responsibility
Guests agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions
- Wear provided safety equipment when required
- Act responsibly while aboard the airboat
Gulf Coast Airboat Charters reserves the right to terminate any trip without refund if participant behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in outdoor activities including:
- Airboat tours
- Fishing charters
- Alligator hunts
involves inherent risks.
By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
Liability
Gulf Coast Airboat Charters and Captain Kevin Surette are not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Loss of personal belongings
- Weather conditions
- Wildlife encounters
Guests participate at their own risk.
Alligator Hunting
All alligator hunts:
- Follow Florida Fish & Wildlife regulations
- Are conducted as fair chase
- Require proper licensing by participants
All participating hunters must obtain:
Florida Alligator Trapper’s Agent Permit (currently $52 through the State of Florida)
Failure to obtain proper licensing may result in disqualification from participation without refund.
Meeting Location
Tours do not operate from a walk-in storefront location.
Exact meeting details will be provided after reservation confirmation.
Changes to Services
Gulf Coast Airboat Charters reserves the right to:
- Adjust tour routes
- Modify trip duration
- Substitute equipment if necessary
based on safety or operational needs.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
